Too Cute

Here are some more pictures of Carter. I love his Cal Poly sweatshirt on him! Now he can match with Daddy.

Carter loves playing on his slide. Luckily for me my parents save everything...this play structure used to be Jarred's.

Easter Sunday (4-8-07)

We spent Easter with Grandma & Grandpa Graves this year. I couldn't help but take LOTS of pictures (as usual).

Easter Sunday 4-8-2007

He takes naps after all! Here he is sleeping in the car on our way to Aunt Debbie's house.

Birthday and Easter Gifts with Grandma & Grandpa Flory (4-1-07)

Carter got a rocking horse for his birthday. It turned out to be larger than expected, but he'll grow into it sooner than I'd like to believe.

Mommy, there's a horse's head on the floor!

Just because grandparents spoil you with candy doesn't mean you get to eat it. Carter enjoyed attempting to chew on the chocolate bunny ears, but I have a no junk food policy...so I ate it for him.

Carter had a great time helping put his horsey together!

What's this?

Carter never used a pacifier...but he still knows what you're supposed to do with one. Well, actually, he likes to put everything in his mouth. Anyway, here's a picture of him playing in his cupboard. It makes a big mess, but it's a great way to have him near me and happy while I try to get things done in the kitchen.

What a View!

Here's a picture I took from the backyard. It's nice to be minutes from the beach...and even nicer to be able to see the ocean from the living room!

Moving

Did I mention how much I hate moving? Packing and unpacking can be a real hassle. I have to pay constant attention to Carter so getting things done is a slow process...but he makes life more interesting/exciting/enjoyable and puts a smile on my face!

A Walk on the Beach

We've gone from snow to sand--the weather change is quite extreme! It's gorgeous here (but there are still things I miss about Pennsylvania). Morro is thrilled to go for a walk just about anywhere...and Carter is always happy to be hanging out in the carrier on my back. Of all the places we could have ended up moving to, were happy to be back on the beautiful Pacific Coast and close to family.

Sheryl's Swearing In Ceremony

Sheryl (Cory's mom) graduated from law school and has been working very, very hard studying for the B.A.R. exam and recently passed. She is now "officially" an attorney--congratulations!!!

I'm getting caught up

Well, I've updated the site up until we arrived in California. I'll be adding pictures of the coast soon (as well as of Carter, of course).

Flying Back to California (Happy Birthday Cory!)

I flew back with Carter and the cat. Bob, Cory's dad, flew in just as I was leaving to drive all the way back with Cory and Morro. Traveling is very exhausting!

3-20-07 What a cutie!

YAY, he's sleeping! A brief miracle, but I'll take what I can get.

The Atlanta airport has little play area for kids, which I thought was pretty cool. It definitely helped pass the time during our layover.

3-24-07 Daddy's in California now too! We're hanging out with family in Sacramento until the
movers arrive with our stuff, but we'll be heading to Pacifica very soon.
