Carter has been doing really well at swimming lessons and now has his green ribbon. This means "swimming six feet in a horizontal body position, using paddling arms and proper breath control."
For anyone curious, the rainbow ribbon is "for new students, or swimmers coming from “Toddler and Me” class. Following directions, safely waiting for their turn, making “Balloon Faces” and not crying."
